Mirvish Productions unveils 2010-2011 season

Secret Garden, Sweet Charity, Calendar Girls and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. There will be a few off subscriptions such as: Rock of Ages, Mamma Mia!, My Mother's Jewish Lesbian Wiccan Wedding, A Jew Grows in Brooklyn and Fiddler on the Roof.
It looks like the Toronto theatre season will be quite a busy one. Enjoy!

There are always music at the Olympic games. I love music, without music, Olympics opening ceremonies would be a whole lot duller! Canada and US Olympic teams have their singers showing their pride and selling some music via itunes! You can see the list of musicians at the respective sites.

FINALLY, Avatar no longer the king of the movies

I am not much of a fan of the Avatar movies, but maybe if I can get into it, I would.  The number 1 and 2 movies were not the usual fare.  What are the people's mood now are for the happy worthless amount of thinking. Valentine Day and Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief are at the top of the box office weekend. Since I don't know what Percy Jackson movie is about, here is the trailer below:
